About the artist

Hi! I’m Alice, the artist behind Pickled Pennies Prints. My printmaking journey began in 2022 when on impulse I bought a linocut kit for beginners. I never looked back!

By 2024 I decided to take on printmaking as my full time occupation. A scary leap, but one that has seen huge benefit to my happiness and mental health.

Making art helps quiet my anxious mind as it allows me a safe place to express myself, explore ideas and have fun. I've never met so many likeminded individuals before as I have in the artist & maker community.

I hope my love of printmaking is evident in my catalogue of my work. I'm always trying my best to improve my practice as an artist and looking for new projects & collaborations that will challenge me.
